How to Travel with Food
Traveling with food usually goes smoothly, but there is always a chance that you will end up with a food-covered car. When traveling long distances, it is important to pack up your food correctly.
When traveling with cold food, place it in a cooler to keep it cool. If you do not have a cooler, place all the cold food together in your car to keep them colder longer. When traveling with warm food, you can wrap it in a towel or even just place all the warm food together to keep them warmer longer. Lastly, when traveling with liquid food such as soup, place it in a sturdy airtight container that will not leak. Place it on top of a towel to catch any leaking that may happen. Also, make sure your food is held in place in your car.
